The biggest investment firms in the world are buying up UK residential property.
BlackRock and Blackstone, along with other institutional investors, are pouring money into UK homes - specifically rental properties.
Savills and CBRE (two of the most respected names in property) report institutional investment is now at post-COVID highs.
