As a new year starts, we wanted to take this opportunity to thank every client who has made this another successful and the busiest year ever for our business in 2022.

We will see some uncertain times in the global economy but it’s also a time of real opportunity.

 

There are more millionaires created in a recession than at any other time.

There is more demand than supply for property in Glasgow and surrounding areas than there is supply, for both sales and rent.

Our Thoughts for 2023

What we do know is that there will be continued unique and exclusive opportunities for Alliance and you in 2023.

 

We have a strong supply of more off market, below market properties in the right area with strong rental demand with strong and continued capital growth.

 

Whatever is thrown at us, the media obsession with negative doom and gloom, always go back to basics in property:

 

  • There is more demand than supply for property to rent in Glasgow

  • That will not stop, and the demand will continue for sure

  • Rents will continue to rise. Demand for rental property is at an all time high.
