Operational Update and Christmas Holidays

• Alliance Property Group will still be operating during the festive break to answer any email enquiries and provide updates.

• We will not be sending out any more properties until the first week of January 2021.

• We will continue to have a very strong pipeline of more great off market and high yield and cash flow properties available to kick start your property portfolio in 2021.

• Our refurbishment teams will still be working so will keep you up to date as normal if you have a property refurbishment.

• Solicitors are closed from 18^th December 2020 and will re-open again on 4^th January 2021

• Surveyors are closed from 18^th December 2020 and will re-open again on 4^th January 2021

• Letting Agents will be closed from 24^th December until the 28^th

        They will close again on 31^st December and return on 4^th January 2021
